Convert gregorian date to hijri date and vice versa. Available only in Prayer Times Pro.

Hijri Date Adjustment
Prayer Times allows you to adjust the hijri calendar by subtracting or adding days in order to reflect your current date. In Prayer Times Pro only.

Can't find your city in our database? No problem - enter details of your city and Prayer Times will remember them for you. You can save 15 custom added cities in Prayer Times (available in Prayer Times Pro only).

Five Calculation Methods
Prayer Times offers five famous prayer times calculation methods so that you may be able to switch between them based on your personal preference and locality.

Using custom prayer calculation method
If the built in calculations aren't good enough for you, you can set custom Fajr and Isha angles to compute prayer times (in Prayer Times Pro only)

Asr calculation methods
Prayer Times has both standard (Imam Shafi', Hanbali, Maliki) as well as Hanafi method.

Timings on a date
Want to know what time you'll be waking up later this year in Ramadan, or what time the prayers will be on a particular date? Prayer Times Prayer Calendar can take in a particular Gregorian date and give you calculated prayer timings on that day. Available in Prayer Times Pro only.

Automatic Alerts
You can set automatic Sound alerts (note: only takbir is available in Prayer Times Basic, Full Athan (MP3/AMR) is available in Prayer Times Pro) to for specific prayer times. This is especially useful in western countries where there is no Athan and no way of being notified of the current prayer. Automatic alerts will launch the application at Prayer times even if the application is not running Please note that Auto Alerts feature should not be entirely relied upon as most phones do not support this feature. Most phones ask for manual permission to launch the software due to which auto-alerts do not launch the software automatically. However, we have supplied a 'minimize' feature to run the application in background for phones that support it, which is more reliable. (some phones may request for permission to auto-launch, which you should accept).

Islamic Events
Use the Islamic Events of the Year. feature to find out when's what! It provides dates of important Islamic events/festivals both in Hijri and Gregorian for the current year. Only available in Prayer Times Pro.

Qibla Direction
Did you know that magnetic compasses are incorrect and cannot be trusted for getting the direction of Kabah? This is because the magnetic field changes and does not point to the TRUE North. Prayer Times for mobiles gives you an accurate direction of the Qibla based on True North as well as the relative direction from the current position of the Sun or the Moon in the sky (direction from Sun/Moon is in Prayer Times Pro only). Prayer Times Pro has its own dedicated screen for Qibla direction (from North and the relative position from the Sun/Moon), distance to kaabah etc.

Adjust individual prayer times
You can adjust prayer times individually by adding/subtracting minutes to individual prayer times (in Prayer Times Pro only)
