When will my product be shipped?

We do not ship any products to postal addresses as these are downloaded directly from our server. You typically receive an email with your members details (note: this is not the case with the iPhone softwares) with which you login and download the products.

You may proceed to the members area and request for a password reminder which will re-send you download instructions. Please read this article for more details regarding this issue.

I have lost my membership details. How can I retreive these to login and dowload updates?
