When I transfer my file to the mobile (PDA), my computer says something similar to "The file being transferred might not be recognized by this device, do you want to continue?". What should
|Ignore the message and continue. This message appears for some PDAs like XDA IIs where MIDP is not part of the windows operating system but the mobile has a MIDP 2.0 add-on software. The file transferring protocol initially does not recognize ".jar" files and so it warns that the file may not be recognized. However, after it has been transferred, it can be run by browsing to the file and clicking on it. The MIDP 2.0 software will automatically pick it up.|
