Is Groups a superset of Faces?

No. Groups does not and has not been intended to replace Faces. Groups does not offer the following features/uses which Faces does:

1. Faces is tonnes faster to startup (by design) than Groups. Groups by design is slower due to the amount of information it gathers and offers to its users.

2. Favorites. Only Faces offers you Photo shortcuts to your favorite contacts.

Faces does not offer you the following:

1. Creating/Managing Contact Groups

2. T9 Dialing

3. Group Emailing

Can we have more themes in Groups? How about a different colored background?
