I was not warned about the swear clause and I wish to distribute my purchased app to everyone

We use a Swear Clause to protect the software and its rights being violated.

If you think the swear clause should not have been there or should have warned you before hand, then please clarify some points you've obviously overlooked:

All softwares sold are single user/license softwares, unless otherwise
expressed explicitly. This is why the issue of 'Piracy' is a sensitive one and
thus such a serious problem around the world (companies like Apple and
Microsoft etc spend millions each year to ensure piracy is beaten). People
assume they can distribute softwares by buying a single copy. If that was the
case, how would a company ever grow? Why would a company exist? They may as
well sell one copy and their customer provide everyone on earth a copy of that
software. That would then make no sense. So the logic goes the other way
round: every software sold is for a single user, not multiple. Unless
explicitly mentioned by its distributor. Distributing softwares (be it islamic
softwares or unislamic) illegally is theft, and Haram in Islam.
