I wanted to buy a different software and so I want a refund for my order

If you have erroneously purchased a product when you had intended to buy another one of our products, the easiest way to resolve this issue is to:

1. Buy the new software
2. Write to us and mention you'd like a refund for the previous order

This way you will be able to download the other software in time and we will be able to cancel the previous order. It's hard for us to replace one product with another and so the above method is easiest to follow.
