I have bought a software from the store page but did not receive a download link/members details

If you recently placed an order but have not received any correspondence from us, there could be various reasons:

1. Your transaction is Held: At times it takes 24-48 hours for your bank/financial institution to clear the funds and thus instruct us of delivery. If it has been more than 2 days, please immediately write to us.

2. You have a web-based email address (such as Hotmail, Yahoo, Gmail): If you have a web-based email address, you may need to check your spam folder or add our 'support[at sign]guidedways.com' email address to your 'White List/Contact List'. At times our emails get blocked. You may then proceed to the members area and then request for a password reminder. This will email you the details of your account again inshAllah with which you can login and download the software(s).
