I get a 'Error Downloading' error when trying to download the recitation files. |
| This could be a firewall or proxy server issue. Check your firewall
settings or see if you're using a proxy server. If you are, you'll need to set the global Java proxy settings under either the Control Panel or the system settings (depending on the operating system it's running on). If you're running Windows Vista, please ensure that you're either running the application as 'Administrator' in order to download the files or have given the software permissions to do so. Please consult Vista's manual on how to give applications permission to read/write to disk. In our experience, turning off the Vista's UAC (User Account Control) - the annoying feature, fixes the problem.
