I cannot download iQuran from the Market after purchase

If you've purchased iQuran from the Market and your download is stuck with a 'Starting Download' message or are experiencing other downloading issues, please kindly find some solutions mentioned here:

A simple solution to many downloading issues is to ensure that you're currently logged into the 'Google Talk' app on your Android device. To log into Talk, tap on the Launcher icon and then find and tap on the 'Talk' app. Ensure you've logged in. Now go back to the Market and try downloading/purchasing the app again.

PLEASE NOTE: All downloading issues of the software itself are that of the Android Market. Google is responsible of providing downloads and handling orders. If you cannot download the software for some reason, please read the following email we received from Google in regards to such issues:

" Download issues are Market issues and we most certainly want to hear about
them as opposed to having users contact developers. Please direct users
with this type of issue to our forum http://www.google.com/support/forum/p/Android+Market?hl=en
