I can't hear anything in uQuran even though my mobile supports MP3

Please check your mobile's 'mute' or silent settings to ensure they're not ON. A user reported this for Nokia N97 and later discovered that the phone was in silent mode.

If the 'Diagnostics' window in uQuran suggests that MP3 and AMR are supported, then there's no reason why it should not play the audio files.
