Why does the Freeware version work on my mobile but not the Pro version?

If you purchased one of our Pro versions of Prayer Times or Quran Reader and it's not working, there could be several reasons why this is happening:

1. Your mobile has an internal limit on large Java Softwares (This applies only to Mobiles such as Nokias, Samsuns, Sony etc): There is no way around this. The freeware version probably worked because it is slightly smaller in size. Your mobile was happy installing this version. However the Pro version refuses to install as it's larger than what's allowed on your mobile. One way to fix this is to delete the existing Freeware version and any other software you don't need on your mobile Phone. Even deleting a couple of Images will do. Try installing the Pro version again. If it still fails to install - contact us for a refund.

2. You own a Blackberry and are having issues: There is no reason why the software should not install on your Blackberry. If the freeware worked, so should the Pro version. However the usual reason why it's not working is due to the fact that you have an older version of the Desktop Manager Software installed. Please read the following for a solution:
