How do I set a bookmark in iQuran?

Setting a bookmark in iQuran is quite easy. You will also find instructions for this in iQuran's about us screen->How to use iQuran

To set a bookmark, open a Surah and then on any ayah, simply swipe your finger from Left to Right. This will turn the ayah Yellow, indicating that the ayah has been bookmarked. Then similarly, swipe from Left to Right again and this will undo the bookmark.

To view the list of bookmarks you've set, tap on the "Bookmarks" button at the bottom of the screen to switch to Bookmark View. Here you can delete bookmarks or navigate to them by tapping on the Ayah marker of any of the bookmarked ayahs.
